Delivery

Once you receive your delivery. Full Inspection of your order must occur within 48 hours of delivery and if package is damaged or print is not correct all claims must be filed within 72 hours from delivery date.

File a claim by emailing info@finelinedesign.co.za and attach photos of the damage.

Because our products are made to order, no cancellations or refunds once order is placed.

This product is made to order and we can not guarantee a color match if ordered at a different time. Please make sure you order enough for your project to avoid future colour mismatch.
